a letter to remind myself. day 1. hi guys, i find writing blogs rather new to me as someone who is majority of the time active on social media platforms that require minimal written descriptions. I'll get the hang of it i'm sure but just bear with me. I guess today i'll be talking about a book i'm still reading called Show Your Work! by Austin Kleon. the first few chapters of the book brought up why it's important to document your work and post in on social media platforms. Kleon specifically mentions to post any project someone is working on and engage with his/her audience. one of the quotes he stated from Bobby Solomon was "Put yourself, and your work, out there every day, and you'll start meeting some amazing people." additionally, Kleon also says that posting the work you're doing may show progress at your current state. i believe that documenting and keeping track of whatever you do in life lets you reflect on the current position you...
